Job Overview
We are looking for a driven and experienced HVAC Inside Sales Manager to lead our dynamic inside sales team based in Las Vegas, NV. This pivotal role focuses on leadership, sales strategy, and customer relationship management, ensuring the delivery of exceptional HVAC solutions to our clients. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge in the HVAC industry, outstanding sales skills, and the ability to guide a team toward exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the inside sales team, providing coaching, training, and support to achieve sales goals and enhance team performance.
- Develop and maintain long-term professional client relationships, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare and review accurate quotes, contracts, and sales proposals while ensuring timely responses to customer inquiries.
- Collaborate with operations, engineering, and project management teams to ensure smooth customer service and execution.
- Analyze sales data, track team performance metrics, and generate actionable reports to drive sales process and strategy improvements.
- High school diploma or GED required; additional certifications or HVAC-related training are highly preferred.
- Minimum of five years of inside sales experience within the HVAC industry, with a proven leadership and sales success track record.
- In-depth understanding of HVAC products, services, and market trends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new sales software and tools.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, capable of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
