Job Overview
We seek an experienced and motivated Industrial HVAC Sales Representative to join our team in Riverside, CA. In this role, you will focus on growing sales of ductwork, sheet metal, industrial dust collection, and exhaust systems within the commercial and industrial HVAC sectors. Your deep knowledge of HVAC systems and industry-specific products will allow you to build lasting client relationships, offer tailored solutions, and drive regional business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities to drive the sales of ductwork, sheet metal, and industrial HVAC systems. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet revenue goals.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with contractors, engineers, and project managers. 
  • Use your technical understanding of HVAC systems, including duct fabrication and industrial exhaust/dust collection systems, to provide expert guidance and support to clients.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions. Leverage this knowledge to better position our products and services for success.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including engineering, production, and logistics, to ensure timely and seamless delivery of products and services, ensuring client satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • A High school diploma is required; a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • 5-10 years of sales experience in HVAC, sheet metal, or industrial products. In-depth knowledge of ductwork, industrial exhaust, and dust collection systems is essential.
  • Proficient understanding of HVAC systems and the ability to apply this knowledge to sales. Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) are required; experience with Autodesk Fabrication or other HVAC-specific software is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, focusing on building long-term client partnerships.
  • A stable, local work history in the Riverside market is strongly preferred.
