Summary
We seek an experienced HVAC/Sheet Metal Superintendent to lead our projects in Phoenix, AZ. Ideal candidates will have advanced from hands-on HVAC and sheet metal work to a supervisory role, particularly in non-union environments. A local candidate with a stable work history is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee HVAC and sheet metal projects, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and quality standards.
• Supervise and mentor teams, ensuring safety and high performance.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and enforce quality and safety protocols.
• Coordinate with project managers and engineers to streamline project activities.
• Maintain detailed records of project timelines, workforce performance, and regulatory compliance.
• Foster a safety-focused, continuous improvement work environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in HVAC and sheet metal installation with leadership experience.
• Preferably from a non-union contractor background.
• Proven ability to lead skilled trade teams effectively.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and sheet metal work.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally.
• Preference for candidates with a stable local work history.
