We seek a dynamic HVAC Service/Project Sales to join our San Diego, CA team. This pivotal role focuses on driving new business development and delivering tailored HVAC solutions to meet the needs of commercial clients. With a priority on customer engagement and satisfaction, you will identify opportunities, create compelling proposals, and oversee projects to ensure successful execution and client retention.

Responsibilities

• Develop a pipeline of service and project sales leads in the commercial HVAC market, focusing on profitable growth.
• Create and present compelling sales proposals, securing new business while strengthening relationships with existing clients.
• Manage project lifecycles, ensuring seamless delivery, alignment with client requirements, and successful completion.
• Build long-term partnerships by anticipating client needs, resolving challenges, and delivering exceptional service.
• Stay current on industry trends, HVAC technologies, and market demands to position solutions that address client needs effectively.

Requirements

• Proven experience and a successful track record in commercial HVAC systems sales.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, and building automation technologies such as Tridium Niagara, Johnson Controls Metasys, and Bacnet.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
• Local and stable work history, with a deep understanding of the San Diego, CA market.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
