Summary
We seek an experienced HVAC Service Sales to drive sales and develop lasting relationships with our clients in the San Francisco area. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in commercial HVAC installation, service, sales, and estimating. The candidate must be local to the area, have a stable work history, and have a proven track record of success in the HVAC industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with new and existing clients to drive HVAC service sales.
- Conduct site visits and assessments to determine client needs and provide accurate estimates for HVAC service projects.
- Prepared and presented proposals and contracts to clients, negotiated terms, and closed sales.
- Collaborate with the service and installation teams to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, products, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and profitability of the company.
- Local to the San Francisco Bay Area.
- Stable work history with three or more years of commercial HVAC installation or service experience.
- Minimum of three years of experience in commercial HVAC sales and estimating.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, products, and services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
