Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow relationships with key accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed targets.
  • Provide technical support and product recommendations tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with the external sales team to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare quotes, process orders, and track sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in HVAC inside sales or key account management.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
Nice-to-Haves
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Technical certifications related to HVAC.
  • Experience working with HVAC manufacturers or distributors.
