Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of HVAC service teams, ensuring efficient project delivery, from system installation to ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting.

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.

  • Ensure all HVAC systems, installations, and maintenance activities comply with local codes, regulations, and industry standards.

  • Develop and implement processes to optimize operational efficiency, manage team performance, and drive consistent results.

  • Manage resources effectively, ensuring proper personnel, equipment, and materials allocation to meet project deadlines and quality expectations.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in the HVAC industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership or management role in the field.

  • In-depth knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and system optimization.

  • Proven track record of leading and mentoring high-performing teams, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.

  • Ideal candidates will have a solid local work history in Honolulu or surrounding areas, a commitment to long-term success, and a commitment to community engagement.

  • Relevant certifications in HVAC, such as NATE, or other technical and safety-related credentials, are highly preferred.
