Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations of HVAC service teams, ensuring efficient project delivery, from system installation to ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.
Ensure all HVAC systems, installations, and maintenance activities comply with local codes, regulations, and industry standards.
Develop and implement processes to optimize operational efficiency, manage team performance, and drive consistent results.
Manage resources effectively, ensuring proper personnel, equipment, and materials allocation to meet project deadlines and quality expectations.
Requirements
Minimum of 10 years of experience in the HVAC industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership or management role in the field.
In-depth knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and system optimization.
Proven track record of leading and mentoring high-performing teams, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
Ideal candidates will have a solid local work history in Honolulu or surrounding areas, a commitment to long-term success, and a commitment to community engagement.
Relevant certifications in HVAC, such as NATE, or other technical and safety-related credentials, are highly preferred.
