Job Title: EcoStruxure Project Manager
Location: Reno, NV

Job Overview
We seek a highly skilled EcoStruxure Project Manager to lead the implementation of advanced building automation and energy management systems within the commercial mechanical construction sector. This role is critical in driving the integration of EcoStruxure platforms, ensuring seamless operation, and delivering cutting-edge, sustainable solutions across a wide range of construction projects. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the entire lifecycle of EcoStruxure projects, including planning, execution, testing, and commissioning, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

  • Collaborate closely with engineering, construction, and service teams to integrate EcoStruxure systems into commercial building automation environments, optimizing efficiency and sustainability.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing expert guidance and addressing any concerns or modifications required throughout the project.

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, budgets, progress reports, and technical specifications, ensuring all compliance and regulatory requirements are met.

  • Stay current on emerging trends and technologies in building automation and energy management, applying this knowledge to improve project outcomes and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Automation, or a related field is highly desirable, as is advanced certification in EcoStruxure and Schneider Electric products.

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the commercial mechanical construction industry, with specific expertise in building automation systems (BAS) and energy management platforms.

  • Strong familiarity with EcoStruxure, Bacnet, and Schneider Electric solutions and integration with other systems such as Tridium Niagara, ALC, or Johnson Controls Metasys.

  • Proficient in project management tools such as MS Project, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, or Revit for coordination and planning.

  • Demonstrated success in managing projects within local and stable work histories, showcasing reliability and deep knowledge of regional building codes and standards.

  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver complex, technical solutions in high-pressure environments.
