Job Title: EcoStruxure Assistant Project Manager
Location: Reno, NV

Job Overview
We seek an experienced EcoStruxure Assistant Project Manager to join our growing team in Reno, NV. In this dynamic role, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of EcoStruxure solutions across various commercial mechanical construction projects. You will work closely with project managers, technical teams, and clients to ensure the successful integration of EcoStruxure platforms, enhancing building efficiency, automation, and sustainability. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing and coordinating EcoStruxure projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality control.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers and service technicians, to integrate EcoStruxure solutions into broader building automation and management systems.

  • Support project planning activities, including resource allocation, task scheduling, and risk management.

  • Monitor system performance and provide troubleshooting support, ensuring that systems are functioning at optimal efficiency.

  • Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for all project phases, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and reporting standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Automation, or a related field.

  • At least three years of experience in project management or technical roles within the commercial mechanical construction industry.

  • Knowledge and experience with EcoStruxure platforms and building automation systems (BAS) such as Tridium Niagara, Schneider Electric, or Johnson Controls.

  • Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project and Bluebeam, as well as familiarity with Autodesk products (AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks), is a plus.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, focusing on customer satisfaction and collaboration.

  • A local and stable work history with a proven track record of success in the Reno, NV region is required.
