Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring project deliverables meet these requirements.
- Lead a multidisciplinary team, providing direction and support to achieve project goals.
- Manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and financial accuracy.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure all projects adhere to industry standards and compliance requirements.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:
- Resident of San Jose, CA, with knowledge of the local market.
- At least 5 years of experience in project management within the controls or building automation industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Electrical or Controls Engineering.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams.
- Strong organizational, financial, and communication skills.
- Expertise in control systems, software programming, and system integration.
- Familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
