  • Perform advanced diagnostics and troubleshooting to efficiently resolve HVACR system issues, ensuring system reliability and efficiency.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining clear and professional communication with clients throughout the service process.
  • Comply with all safety standards and protocols, maintaining a secure work environment for employees and clients alike.
  • Keep detailed and accurate records of all service activities, ensuring thorough documentation of diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance tasks performed.

Requirements:
  • Local to Dallas, TX, or willing to relocate, with a proven stable work history in the area.
  • Required EPA Universal Certification, with additional Refrigeration Certification preferred.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and reliable personal transportation.
  • Extensive experience in servicing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of commercial HVACR systems.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
