We seek a dynamic and experienced Commercial HVAC Service Sales Executive to join our San Diego, CA team. This role is pivotal in driving sales and estimating service and HVAC projects within the commercial mechanical construction sector. We prioritize candidates with a stable work history and local ties to the San Diego area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to secure HVAC service contracts and projects—accurately estimated project costs and prepared detailed proposals for clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and repeat business levels.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Leverage your field experience to provide clients with expert advice and solutions tailored to their HVAC needs.
  • Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • Proven track record of stability and success in the San Diego HVAC market.
  • Prior hands-on experience in the HVAC field, with a solid understanding of service and project estimation.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets, with excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, plumbing, piping, and building automation systems such as Tridium Niagara, Distech, Alerton, ALC, Johnson Controls Metasys, Bacnet, Trane, and Schneider Electric.
  • Competence in using industry-standard software like Bluebeam, MS Project, Trimble AutoBid, AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks.
