Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate HVAC field operations, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
  • Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, VRF systems, and rooftop units.
  • Lead, mentor, and train field technicians to enhance efficiency, safety, and workmanship.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure smooth execution of projects.
  • Perform quality control checks and provide technical guidance to resolve field issues.
  • Maintain detailed project documentation and report progress to management.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of commercial HVAC experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, equipment, and installation best practices.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to work in various environments, including rooftops and confined spaces.
Location & Work Environment
This position is based in Los Angeles, CA, with work primarily conducted on-site at commercial properties and job sites. The role involves indoor and outdoor work and occasional travel to different project locations.
