Job Title: Commercial BAS/controls Sr Project Manager

Summary:
We seek a highly experienced and motivated Commercial BAS/controls senior project Manager to join our dynamic team in Yakima, WA. This position is responsible for the overall management and execution of commercial building automation systems (BAS) projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing complex projects, a deep understanding of BAS technologies, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
Manage and execute BAS projects from start to finish, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, execution, and closeout
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
Oversee the work of engineers, technicians, and contractors
Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
Manage and mitigate project risks
Provide regular project status reports to clients and management
Troubleshoot and resolve BAS system issues
Stay up-to-date on the latest BAS technologies and trends
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Building Automation, or a related field
7+ years of experience in the BAS industry in either install, service, programming, estimating, sales, or project management
Proven track record of success in managing complex projects
Deep understanding of BAS technologies, including DDC, PLC, and BACnet
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
