Communicate effectively with property management teams and clients to address plumbing needs promptly.
Ensure all work adheres to local plumbing codes and safety regulations.
Respond quickly to emergency plumbing calls, prioritizing safety and service quality.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and team members through professional communication.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of plumbing experience, focusing on commercial high-rise buildings.
Current backflow prevention certification.
Strong knowledge of plumbing systems with the ability to manage complex repairs and installations.
Excellent diagnostic skills for diverse plumbing issues.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills; capable of working independently or as part of a team.
Stable work history with verifiable references.
Residing in or willing to relocate to Phoenix, AZ.
