Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing building automation system projects, ensuring on-time and within-budget completion.
- Support the design and integration of BAS solutions, including Tridium Niagara, Distech, Alerton, ALC, Johnson Controls Metasys, Bacnet, Trane, and Schneider Electric platforms.
- Collaborate with engineers, installers, and commissioning teams to maintain workflow efficiency and adherence to project requirements.
- Serve as a key liaison between clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and outstanding customer service.
- Utilize industry software such as MS Project, Bluebeam, and Autodesk Revit/AutoCAD to maintain accurate project documentation, schedules, and reports.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field (preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in building automation, HVAC controls, or mechanical construction project coordination.
- Familiarity with BAS platforms, energy management systems, and project management software (e.g., Bluebeam, MS Project, AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
