We seek an experienced BAS/Commissioning Senior Project Manager to join our Critical Facilities team in Columbus, OH. This pivotal role ensures the successful completion of complex projects through expert design and engineering control systems hardware, controls programming, and system performance analysis. Responsibilities
Oversee the design and engineering of control systems hardware, ensuring alignment with project plans, specifications, and contract documents.
Develop and program complex Direct Digital Controls (DDC) and Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) systems and create end-user graphical interfaces tailored to customer needs.
Manage the start-up and commissioning processes for building control systems, including technician work plans and process oversight.
Maintain accurate records of project conditions, update drawing sets and software programs, engineer field changes, and keep as-built documentation.
Develop and conduct site-specific owner training, manage project materials, and coordinate Foreign Protocol Integration.
Qualifications
Engineering undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Advanced understanding of DDC theory and applications, strong skills in control programming, and proficiency in AutoCAD and other project-related software.
Proven ability to analyze complex information, troubleshoot effectively, and manage time to complete assignments within budget. Experience with building mechanical systems, electronics, and basic electrical circuits is essential.
