Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize Schneider Electric Modicon PLC systems and SCADA solutions to ensure high performance in industrial automation applications.
  • Collaborate with clients to interpret requirements and create detailed technical specifications for automation systems and electrical equipment.
  • Lead installation, configuration, and commissioning of automation systems, ensuring smooth integration and operation.
  • Design, implement, and optimize HMI applications using the AVEVA System Platform for intuitive and effective user interfaces.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver complex automation projects on time and in line with client expectations and industry best practices.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proven experience with Schneider Electric Modicon PLCs, EcoStruxure Control Expert, and SCADA platforms (e.g., EcoStruxure Power SCADA Operation, AVEVA System Platform).
  • Expertise in PLC programming languages (Structured Text, Function Block Diagram, Ladder Diagram) and SQL scripting.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience in industrial automation environments.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
  • A stable work history within the local area is required.
Preferred Skills
  • Familiarity with Rockwell Automation systems (Allen-Bradley ControlLogix, Studio 5000) and Inductive Automation Ignition SCADA.
  • Experience in advanced HMI design and system troubleshooting/debugging.
