Overview:

We are seeking an experienced HVACR Field Service Manager to join our team in Idaho Falls, ID. This position is crucial for supervising and managing our service technicians, ensuring optimal team performance and customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating labor resources, collaborating with sales teams, and overseeing the execution of projects from inception through to completion. This role demands a blend of technical expertise, leadership, and project management skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise, coach, and train HVACR service technicians, fostering a high-performance team environment.
  • Manage workload distribution, labor resource planning, and overtime to meet demand efficiently.
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams on equipment sales and rentals, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project scopes.
  • Review project specifications with customers and the sales department, defining equipment and service requirements.
  • Oversee procurement processes, coordinating with vendors and internal procurement teams to ensure timely equipment delivery and installation.
  • Supervise mechanical and electrical installations, enforcing project scopes and managing customer expectations.
  • Lead the start-up and commissioning of HVACR equipment, ensuring technical specifications are met.
  • Facilitate final project sign-offs, including inspection, customer approval, and invoicing.
  • Contribute to the development of safety protocols and training, promoting a safe work environment.

Qualifications:
  • 2-5 years of experience in field service management or project management, specifically within the HVACR industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of electromechanical equipment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to foster relationships across departments and with customers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
  • Previous safety and/or hazmat training is advantageous.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Dynamic, passionate, and team-oriented with the ability to work on a flexible schedule.
  • Capable of lifting and/or moving up to 100 pounds and meeting other physical demands of the job.
